4A molecular sieve can be used as hot dry gas for re-gas, in re-gas purge, so that the molecular sieve removed adsorption water, regeneration and reuse.The degree of regeneration depends on the regeneration time and the temperature and humidity of the regeneration.

It is mainly used for deep drying of natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and materials, purification of argon, separation of methane, ethane and propane, as dehydrating agent in paints, fuels and coatings.

Molecular Sieve 4A  is made from zeolite powder 4A (>70%) and binder. Zeolite powder 4A is generated by reaction of water, sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate and sodium aluminate. Molecular sieve 4A is usually used for in packaging of drugs, electronic components.Since 4A molecular sieve is more easier to be produced than 3A molecular sieve, 5A molecular sieve, 13X molecular sieve, it is more economic than other 3 desiccant. Application Area:
1. Zeolite molecular sieve 3A is used for drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons (e.g. ethylene, propylene, butadiene)
2. Zeolite molecular sieve 3A is used in deep desiccation of cracked petroleum gases, such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas, and of CZPT liquid, such as ethanol, LPG and solvent

Hand & Storage Recommendation:

It should be handled to avoid generation of dusty conditions at the workplace. Storage in a dry warehouse is recommended. Open packages should be resealed to prevent contamination and adsorption of water or other gases and vapors. The material in bag-in-box should be used within 12 months,while bag-in-steel drum should be used within 24 months.

Regenaration Method:

FEIZHOU molecular sieve can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing process or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing process. Put the molecular sieve in a vacuum muffle CZPT for 1 hour at 550ºC.


To avoid damp and pre-adsorption of organic before running, or must to be reactivated.
